1. Dr. Jami Chiranjeeb Prusty – President
Qualification: Ph.D. (Agriculture), M.Sc. (Agri.)
Experience: Over 35 years in agricultural education, research, and rural development.
Background: Retired Professor from Odisha University of Agriculture & Technology (OUAT), Dr. Prusty brings extensive expertise in agricultural systems, livelihood promotion, and community-based natural resource management. He has been guiding The Sanskar’s development strategies since its inception, focusing on sustainability and scientific interventions in rural livelihoods.
2. Mr. Kishor Kumar Swain – Vice President
Qualification: LL.B., B.A. (Political Science)
Experience: Over 25 years of professional experience in legal practice and social governance.
Background: Practising Advocate at the Orissa High Court, Mr. Swain contributes his expertise in legal compliance, institutional policy formulation, and governance frameworks. He also advises on issues related to social justice and rights-based advocacy.
3. Mr. Anil Kumar Mohanty – Secretary
Qualification: Master in Social Work (MSW), Master of Public Health (MPH)
Experience: 25 years in social development, health, sanitation, and rehabilitation programmes.
Background: Founder member and current Secretary of The Sanskar, Mr. Mohanty has led multiple state-level programmes in partnership with government and donor agencies. His leadership has driven large-scale sanitation, rehabilitation, and livelihood projects across Odisha.
4. Mr. Rashmi Ranjan Parida – Assistant Secretary
Qualification: Graduate (Commerce)
Experience: Over 20 years in social entrepreneurship, micro-enterprise promotion, and community mobilisation.
Background: Mr. Parida has extensive experience in community institution-building and rural development. He manages project coordination and oversees organisational compliance and HR systems.
5. Mr. Uttang Kumar Sahu – Treasurer
Qualification: Graduate (Social Science)
Experience: More than 20 years in social work and financial management of NGO programmes.
Background: Mr. Sahu supervises organisational accounts, budgeting, and fund management processes. His experience ensures The Sanskar’s financial transparency and adherence to statutory norms.
6. Mr. Santosh Kumar Hota – Executive Member
Qualification: Graduate (Business Administration)
Experience: Over 15 years in small business management and livelihood promotion.
Background: He supports The Sanskar in enterprise development, rural marketing, and skill-building initiatives.
7. Mr. Abhiram Sahoo – Executive Member
Qualification: Graduate (Commerce)
Experience: 15 years in project coordination and rural development.
Background: Involved in community-based livelihood programmes and SHG strengthening at field level.
8. Mr. Manas Chandra Nayak – Executive Member
Qualification: Graduate (Business)
Experience: 15 years in livelihood and microenterprise development.
Background: Provides operational support for field-based projects and monitoring activities.
9. Ms. Rafat Zahur – Executive Member
Qualification: Graduate (Social Work)
Experience: Over 10 years in gender empowerment and community engagement.
Background: Leads women’s empowerment programmes, SHG training, and social awareness initiatives.
10. Ms. Debaki Seth – Executive Member

Background: Works closely with grassroots SHGs and self-employment training initiatives for women.
